By accessing or using the CoreStyl mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the App.

CoreStyl reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

CoreStyl is an AI-powered personal styling application designed for Indian users. Our services include:

• AI-based body shape analysis using uploaded photographs
• Personalised outfit and fashion recommendations based on your profile
• Virtual try-on features
• Community styling feeds and social features
• Shopping integration and cart functionality
• Subscription-based premium features

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CoreStyl. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

CoreStyl processes selfie and full-body photographs to provide AI style analysis. By using these features, you explicitly consent to upload of facial and body images to our servers for analysis and processing by our AI model.

We do not retain raw images permanently beyond the analysis session unless you save results to your profile.

All content in the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, and software — is the exclusive property of CoreStyl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User-generated content remains your property; however, you grant CoreStyl a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display such content within the App.

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• upload obscene or defamatory content;
• attempt to reverse engineer any part of the App;
• use automated scripts or bots; or
• upload photographs of other persons without their consent.

Certain features require a paid subscription ("CoreStyl Premium"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI recommendations will always be accurate or suitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreStyl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

Disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
